Shipping policy

Shipping costs for products purchased from the Spark Italy store are €6.90, while shipping is free for orders over €70. Deliveries throughout Italy are made within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) of shipment, excluding public holidays. Delivery to the islands takes 3–4 business days.

Your order may be delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, and a signature upon receipt will be required.
We recommend ensuring that someone is present at the provided address to receive the package. If you are not present when the courier arrives, a delivery notice will be left with details on how to arrange a redelivery.
