Refund policy

If, for any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned, exchanged for another product, or refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions

send an email to our customer service at info@spark-italy.it;
send the product to the following address: Beccani Italia Srl – Via Vannetti Donnini 53/28 – 59100 Prato;
wait for our confirmation email regarding the order verification.
Product Exchange
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipping costs for the new product are borne by us.

 

Return and Refund Request
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 3 business days of confirmation of acceptance and product verification.
